One of the fundamentals is being part of the ‘From Stress to Success’ Online programme is the sense of community. We want you to collaborate with other like-minded members. We have no doubt that some of them have been where you are and can provide invaluable support, guidance and encouragement.

We believe self-awareness is one of the most important aspects of building your resilience skills. We all have our strengths and weaknesses. The aim is to challenge the accuracy and completeness of thinking in a way that acts to move you towards your ultimate goal So first of all we need to establish where you think you are. We will come back to this evaluation again to see how far you have progressed.
